YMCA Lytham Gym Refurbishment Now Open!
It’s Monday 8th August which means that YMCA Lytham’ s gym refurbishment is now fully OPEN and we think you are going to love what you see!
We would like to thank you for your patience during the refurbishment and we are sure you will agree the final result is fantastic for the community! Come down and see for yourself! We would love to see you!
Over the last 8 weeks we’ve been working hard to bring you the complete selection of the
latest in cardio and resistance equipment. We have everything you expect to see and more…..including our brand new Power Mills and rowers, designed with a fluid technology resistance system that you just have to see to believe (pictured).
Additionally, we bring you the latest technology from Life Fitness, with the new digital fitness experience (LFConnect). Our new equipment introduces you to Lifescape where the world is your workout. Immerse yourself and cycle in France’s Col de la Colombiere or run through California’s Trinity Mountains. Plus….Strengthen, tone and sculpt your body with the help of state-of-the-art resistance machines.
But that’s not all….YMCA Lytham bring you the latest state of the art SYNRGY360 functional 
training system, powered by Life Fitness (pictured). Supercharge your workout with this exciting new addition. With multiple stations integrated into the equipment, YMCA Lytham will soon be offering a programme of motivational group personal training sessions. This versatile functional equipment provides the setting for a new social, energised dynamic workout, designed to keep you interested and focused with exercises modified to your personal fitness levels.
Dedicated space will mean you can make the most out of the extensive selection of free weights, including dumbbells (2kg-50kg), Smith Machines, Dual Action Pulleys, barbells and plate loaded iso-lateral machines (pictured).
