Located on The Breck, YMCA Poulton is YOUR local leisure centre where everyone is welcome! Our friendly staff will help you with any aspect of your mental and physical fitness journey. We are fully accessible with a ramped entrance, wet and dry disabled changing facilities and pool hoist/graduated steps for easy entrance to the water.

Swimming

Come and take a dive into our 20 metre swimming pool at YMCA Poulton. Our pool is fully heated and is the perfect space for a relaxing swim, or non-weight bearing fitness training. YMCA Poulton is the perfect place for your child to learn to swim. Parents and spectators can watch from the windows overlooking while enjoying light refreshments from the vending machines. Gym & Fitness Studio

YMCA Poulton has you covered with all your fitness essentials. Our fully accessible fitness studio provides an ample workout area furnished with a wide range of free weights, functional training machines, cardiovascular training equipment and core training section. We also have a synergy workout space where you can join our popular circuit classes, or use the equipment on your own to compliment your workout, adding kettlebells, TRX or steps into your routine!

Junior Activities

Our Swim England swimming lesson programme helps children learn a vital life skill which is especially important living on the beautiful Fylde Coast. All our swimming teachers are passionate about helping children improve their water safety, and with our Parent Portal you can follow your child’s progress from home as they work towards their badges and certificates!
