Free Gym Inductions and Fitness Programmes with YMCA’s 4 Steps to Fitness Pathway

At YMCA we feel it is vital that you have the best fitness experience from the start of your journey. So we’ve designed a simple 4 step pathway to make sure you do.

• Step 1 – receive a free induction to the gym environment and equipment.
• Step 2 – attend a free session with a YMCA fitness professional to identify your personal goals.
• Step 3 – a free one to one training session to go through your new personal fitness programme.
• Step 4 – one to one programme reviews every 4 – 6 weeks.
