Children in Need – Thank you for your Support!

People from across the YMCA Fylde Coast family have come together once again to raise an amazing £741 for BBC Children in Need! Thank you so, so much for all your support! Your support of Children in Need this year across the YMCAs has been much appreciated. We started things off with the Children in Need Bed Pull from Lytham to Fleetwood with Radio Lancashire (pictured). YMCA Lytham did a fundraising triathlon at site on Friday 18th November, where customers and staff joined in a cycle, row and run (pictured) throughout the day. Customers at YMCA St Annes and YMCA Garstang also joined in the party by hosting a number of themed classes including Spinning and Zumba where instructors and customers alike attended in Pudsey inspired fancy dress. YMCA Poulton also helped fundraising by holding a cake stall which proved very popular amongst those visiting the centre that day. Once again, thank you all for helping make Children in Need at the YMCA such a special event and for contributing to a record breaking total for Children in Need of nearly £47m!!
