Sheriff nominated for LCC PROUD Award 2023
Fylde Coast YMCA are proud to announce one of our young residents has been nominated at this years PROUD Awards. Lancashire County Council’s PROUD Awards are celebrated to recognise the positive choices and achievements of children and young people who experience care in Lancashire.
The awards split into five different categories: Proud+, Positive Choices and Achievements, Responding to the needs of others, Outstanding Service to the Community, and U R Talented.
Sheriff’s work has rewarded him with a nomination within the ‘Outstanding Community Service’ category, one of very few to be nominated for the award, which takes place on the 30th March at Burnley Football Club.
Based in Lytham St Anne’s, Harbour House is one of our supported housing services that provides our young people with a safe and stable living environment, as well as the support they need to develop important skills for later life, preparing them for a successful future.
