Synrgy Blast 30 Minute Workouts at YMCA Poulton

It’s 2015…prepare to supercharge your workout and get functional!

Gym goers at YMCA Poulton can now take on brand new Synrgy Blasts, 30 minute functional training sessions which add a totally new dimension to fitness programmes.

The small group sessions take place with an instructor in the gym and using the latest in state-of-the-art functional training equipment by Life Fitness… Synrgy.

The Synrgy System comprises a series of individual work stations which all offer different features and functionality to work the different muscle groups.

Sessions are designed to feel sociable and motivational with elements of one to one instruction and guidance from your YMCA fitness experts.

There are 4 different types of session, each lasting just 30 minutes and combining different elements to achieve:

·         Endurance

·         Power

·         Intervals

·         Flexibility/Mobility

30 minute sessions are taking place daily. Monday to Fridays at 7.30am and 7.30pm. Saturdays and Sundays at 8.30am and 4.30pm.
