YMCA Lytham are calling upon all of our strongest men and women to take part in our YMCA Lytham Strongman event on Sunday 17th April, 9.30am till 4.30pm.
The event will be split up into 4 categories women, beginners, novice and open. The 5 different challenges are:
- Axle floor to overhead
- Car deadlift
- Yoke into farmers
- Conan’s wheel/keg toss
- Stone over yoke
There will be trophies up for grabs and all competitors will receive a medal.
