Spa on the Breck is celebrating after receiving the award for Best New Business at the annual Wyre Business Awards. The glittering black tie ceremony held at Marine Hall last Thursday evening saw a wide variety of businesses from across Wyre, partner organisations, event sponsors and award judges gather to honour the best in business in the borough. Split into 16 categories including Best Family Business and Retailer of the Year, Spa on the Breck picked up the award for Best New Business (under 2 years old).
Spa on the Breck has been established in the borough since May 2015 and formed part of the £5m reinventing in leisure strategy by Wyre Council that included developments to Poulton, Garstang and Thornton Leisure Centres. YMCA Fylde Coast manage the facility on behalf of the Council.
