YMCA Fylde Coast are thrilled to be opening our second power-assisted exercise suite, the ‘Wellness Suite’. Our Wellness Suite will be fully accessible and will be situated on the ground floor at YMCA St Annes.

Our range of power-assisted exercise equipment has been specially designed for people living with limited mobility, older adults and for those managing long term conditions including multiple sclerosis, stroke, fibromyalgia, diabetes and arthritis. Our Active Wellness mission is to incorporate innovative fitness equipment in a friendly social environment to kickstart your journey back to fitness and wellness.

Power-assisted exercise is a revolutionary way to stay active and improve your health through a unique 50-60 minute power-assisted workout. Intentionally designed for minimum effort and maximum results. Power assisted exercise allows you to work with the machine not against it! Our power assisted exercise technology provides a ‘helping hand’ in a low impact, full-body workout circuit for exercisers who demand to work smart and effectively.
