A Challenge for St George at YMCA Lytham

To celebrate the national day of England this year, the staff and members at YMCA Lytham will be taking on a challenge that would even test mighty St George. They will be taking on the challenge in an attempt to raise as much money as possible for local charity Brian House Children’s Hospice.

The Challenge – Row, Run and Ride

The challenge will take place in the gym at YMCA Lytham with the team attempting to run, row and ride the length of the River Thames which stands at 236 miles. The distance covered by each member of the team will be combined to achieve the target.

All are welcome to take part in the challenge, just ask at reception for more details, register and pick up your sponsorship form.

The challenge will be on Thursday 23rd April (St Georges Day).

The aim is to raise £500 with all monies going to a great cause. Find out more about Brian House Children’s Hospice.
