It has been confirmed that the Lancashire region is subject to the government’s Tier 3 (very high) restrictions as of 00:01 on 17/10/2020.
In such times we know that maintaining an active lifestyle plays an important role in managing physical and mental wellbeing and we are delighted to hear the announcement that gyms and leisure centres can remain open at present. NHS Track and Trace App

Today (24th September) the new NHS Test and Trace app officially launches. People across the country are being encouraged to download the app to help control the transmission of the COVID-19 virus and are also encouraged to ‘check in’ by scanning the QR code that is displayed on posters across our centres every time you visit us. We will also continue the current protocols that we had in place originally in regard to NHS Track and Trace in the centres.

The Rule of ‘Six’ and ‘Indoor Team Sports’ – We Remain Open

Following today’s government announcement regarding ‘indoor team sports’. We can confirm this rule does not apply to fitness, leisure activities and group exercise classes that have been through COVID-secure protocols as we have.

People can continue to use our facilities, including gyms and pools, and classes within within our centres as they are now. The new rule does mean that people should not arrive at our centres socially in groups of more than six or congregate in groups of six or more in the centres, especially after a class.
