‘Live Better’ with YMCA’s selection yet of FREE* events taking place across YMCA Fylde Coast venues this September. Whether you are looking to start something new or looking to continue your health and fitness journey, we have something for everyone this September to help you achieve your goals.
In the past our events have allowed communities to get a real taste of the amazing classes and variety of amenities we have on offer at our facilities, allowing you to experience first hand what we offer and make positive lifestyle changes for good.
Family Open Day – YMCA Thornton 3rd September 2017 10am – 2.30pm
The centre has a variety of services available to our local community, all providing different ways and information to help you make positive lifestyle changes and Live Better this September.
The FREE family fun day will host a variety of fun for the whole family. Join in with family activities, such as Les Mills Sh’bam, Family Fit and Rounders. Let the kids experience Les Mills Born to Move, our newest range of activities that aim to capture imagination and inspire children to get moving and learn basic fitness skills. Plus, Air Skate will be hosting £1 a child for 3 hours and YMCA Bowl have £5 off a family bowl all day!
