Cardiac Rehabilitation

This 14 week programme is currently available in the Wyre area for people who have recently completed rehabilitation with the cardiac team at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.

Cardiac patients are referred onto this scheme by the Cardiac Team at Blackpool Victoria Hospital following a heart attack or cardiac operation.

The programme activities available include exercise classes which are designed specifically for cardiac rehab patients and individual gym programmes. All of this activities are charged at the discounted rate of £1.85 per session and a Referral Officer will track the patients progress over 14 weeks.
