Bootcamps incorporate elements of many of our most popular fitness classes to give you the full body workout you crave!
BOOTCAMP is back at Poulton YMCA with a fresh new look – Get fit and get in shape ready for the summer!
Bootcamp is a great way for you to improve your fitness levels. The intense 6 week program has something to offer for everyone regardless of fitness levels and ability and will ensure that you walk away from it feeling brand new. During the 6 weeks you will be taking part in various classes and activities, such as:
- Cardio Fitness.
- Speed and Agility Circuits.
- Core and Ab Training.
- Boxercise.
- Cross Cylce.
- Viva Blast – the trademark 30 minute, 500 calorie burning class.
- And much more…
So, if you think you are up to the task and want to kick start your summer with an exciting fitness regime, then come and join in the fun this May at Poulton YMCA.
When?
Classes will begin Monday 21st May 2012. They will run twice a week, Monday 6.30am – 7.30am and Wednesday 6.30am – 7.30am.
Prices and Booking
The price of the course will be £35 for members and £50 for non-members. Alternatively you can pay per session, £3.50 for members and £5 for non-members.

Other Bootcamps…
Garstang YMCA and St Annes YMCA Pool & Gym are also holding their own Bootcamp sessions. Much like the Bootcamp at Poulton YMCA, the sessions will include Circuit Training, Speed and Agility Circuits, Core and Ab Training plus much more fun and games. The Bootcamps are designed to get you in to shape and improve overall fitness in just a matter of weeks.
