Aerobic Classes
Aerobics classes aim to strengthen the body’s cardiovascular system without overly stressing any particular part of the body. Aerobic classes involve a lot of bodily movement, but the movement is designed so it is not overly repetitive.
We offer many different aerobic classes across our centres, with low impact and high impact alternatives.
- Low impact exercises keep at least one foot on the ground (or something which at least touches the ground) at all times.
- High impact exercises incorporates more jumping and movements where both feet will leave the ground at times.
