All you need to do is download the form below, complete and return to the Lancashire County Cricket Club address or hand it into the reception team at any of our Fylde Coast YMCA Centres.

What’s Unique about the YMCA Lotto Draw?
For every £1 you enter into the draw, 50p will be donated back to Fylde Coast YMCA for us to reinvest into your local community though our charity work. Proceeds of your entry are also donated to the LCCC Development Association to support and develop cricket from grass roots level, through schools, academy level and LCB Under 19′s.
