Anyone wishing to use any of the brand new state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment will need an induction before making full use of the new facility.

Samantha Crane, General Manager of Poulton YMCA said: “We would like to thank all of our members and customers for their patience during the refurbishment period and as hoped and with the hardwork of YMCA staff and external contractors we’ve been able to re-open ahead of schedule!”

She added: “Some of the brand new features of the Fitness Studio have really improved and upgraded the whole fitness experience and of course it’s always great to workout on brand new shiny equipment and in fully refurbished surroundings. So we’re sure everyone will be truly impressed by something.”
