The team at Garstang YMCA are excited to introduce two new Zumba classes this month plus a special class with a spooky twist. Zumba movers and shakers Helen Vidotti and Louise Ayre joined the team back in the summer and has brought the new Zumba Gold (with Louise) and Zumba Tone (with Helen) brands to the centre giving the popular dance fitness class a new edge.

Zumba Gold on Tuesdays at the centre offers all the fun signature Zumba dance moves at a gentler pace. It combines the zesty Latin music like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton with the fun, easy-to-follow moves and the party-like atmosphere. At Garstang YMCA, 1.30pm – 2.30pm.

Or try Zumba Tone new to Garstang on Fridays at 1.30pm. Zumba Tone combines all elements of Zumba with exercise which really give your whole body a workout for complete toning and shaping.

PLUS don’t miss the Zumba Halloween Special on Monday 31st October – dress up as your favourite Halloween character and join in the Zumba fun from 7pm – 8pm.
