Advice for Families

Fylde Coast YMCA counselling services are here to assist young people, families, schools and employers. Our trained counsellors offer one to one, confidential advice in a safe setting where you can talk about any problems you might be troubled by.

We believe that the process of sharing anxieties, hopes and fears can help a person develop and assist them in making their own decisions. With support everyone has the potential to manage their own difficulties and control the direction of their lives.

We offer this free service to all people over the age of 16 in Fylde, Wyre and Blackpool. Our counsellors are all volunteers who give their time free of charge. However our service does rely upon donations and grants to cover its costs.
