Sauna and Steam Suites
Everyone needs some me time to unwind and relax, so take the opportunity and try our sauna and steam suites at St Annes YMCA and Poulton YMCA Swimming and Fitness Centre.
Both of these sauna and steam suites have recently been refurbished and refitted offering you the perfect place for some quiet time.
Access into both of the sauna and steam suites is included as standard in the following membership packages:

- Y:Active Silver (Off Peak) Premium
- Y:Active Student
- Y:Active Family Membership
Y:Active Garstang Only and Y:Active Rural Splash Only members and all other members can access the facilities at member rates.
